NPD Assistant

Job Title: NPD & Operations Assistant Manager

Location: South Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of new product development projects from concept to launch.

Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams for production planning and timelines.

Support sourcing of raw materials and packaging, and ensure quality checks.

Manage operational workflows including inventory, dispatches, and vendor coordination.

Track production costs, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation.

Identify process improvements in supply chain and operations.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in NPD, production, or operations within the FMCG/beauty/personal care industry (Must).

Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of supply chain, vendor management, and production processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
