C++ Engineer ADAS & DMS

About The Role

We are hiring a C++ Engineer to build safety-critical ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and DMS (Driver Monitoring Systems) for video telematics deployed on edge devices in commercial vehicles.This role focuses on developing high-performance, real-time computer vision pipelines that power perception features from in-vehicle camera feeds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize real-time C++ video and computer vision pipelines for ADAS/DMS applications.
  • Integrate and deploy ML/CV models with a strong focus on performance, latency, and reliability.
  • Optimize pipelines across CPU, GPU, and NPU for edge inference.
  • Work closely with ML, embedded, and systems teams to deliver production-ready, compliant on-device CV solutions.
  • Debug, profile, and optimize applications on Linux-based embedded systems.
  • Ensure robustness, scalability, and adherence to automotive and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in modern C++ (mandatory)
  • 23 years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or video-centric development
  • Solid understanding of camera geometry, image processing, and video pipelines
  • Experience with OpenCV and model deployment using TensorRT / ONNX
  • Hands-on experience with GStreamer and/or FFmpeg
  • Strong knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in Linux debugging and development tools

Nice To Have

  • Experience working on ADAS, DMS, or automotive perception systems
  • Exposure to edge AI platforms (NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automotive safety or compliance standards
