One person will be deployed in each college

Qualification :

Final year or pre-final year undergraduate/postgraduate students are eligible to apply. PhD scholars are also encouraged to apply.

Payment Mode

: Selected persons will be paid performance-based pay at the rate of 3% of the course fee per successful admissions.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Skills in marketing and community engagement with experience in target based lead conversion and admissions.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools for database management
  

Responsibilities

• Direct Engagement with Jobseekers: Meet jobseekers in the assigned areas through physical interactions.
• Admissions: Promote ASAP Kerala courses to facilitate successful admissions by generating leads.
• Actively support campus-level and district-level events organized by ASAP Kerala.
• Work under the supervision of the Field Program Manager/Submit quarterly reports on admissions and activities to the respective reporting officers.
• Attend periodic review meetings.
• Maintain data on outreach efforts and admissions.
  

It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection processes are satisfied.
