Hi, Please find the below job description, Experience : 0 to 3 Years Shift: Rotational Shift including Night Shift and Rotational Week Off Location Chennai - CTC - 2.4 to 3.5 LPA Experience : 1+ years of experience in any Customer Support Operations Centre Requirements: Excellent Conversational and Customer Service Skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. For English, the level required is above (B2). Customer Service experience is a plus. Ability to multi-task. Typing skills (Chat/Email: 35 wpm). High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional Requirements : Gaming experience is mandatory. Ability to multi-task. Ability to stay focused while working on multiple programs. De-escalate issues as necessary. Understand player needs (read attentively, respond appropriately). Problem-solving skills. Patience and willingness to help. Strong customer service orientation and disposition. Ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously while remaining attentive to the player and their concern. Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (e.g., Web-based applications, Mobile applications, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
