Experience: Minimum 2 Years To Maximum 7 Years In Non IT Recruitment
Industry Preference : HR Consulting Firm. Supporting Clients In Manufacturing / Auto Ancillary / FMCG/ FMCD / Retail / Pharma / EMS / Heavy Industry / General Manufacturing / Process Industry / OEM / R & D / Pharma / Construction

Identify, assess and evaluate potential candidates for various clients requirements in the Non IT space.
Use job boards, internet tools to source candidates.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with appropriate recommendations.
Coordinate interviews between the hiring manager and prospective candidates.
Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities in Applicant Tracking System.
