Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Non IT Recruitment Manager located in Vishakhapatnam. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including hiring and account management, for non-IT positions. The day-to-day tasks will include sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
