Role Overview: You will be a Non-IT Recruiter based in Rohini, Delhi, India, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Your role will involve identifying talent, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
