Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Location: Sankar IAS Academy, Coimbatore Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: Sankar IAS Academy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on hiring for both academic and administrative roles. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other effective channels Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant department heads Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers and candidate databases Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation of new hires Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment platforms/tools Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in educational institutions or coaching centers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Required) non it recruitment: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
