Non-IT Recruiter - (3-6 years)

Job Purpose:

The role involves end-to-end recruitment for non-IT/IT positions across diverse industries. The individual will be responsible for managing client requirements, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in building world-class teams for various non-technical and technical roles.
• Manage clients and stakeholders effectively with a consultative approach.
• Work on Non-IT/IT mandates across BFSI, NBFC, ERP/SaaS, Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitality, FMCG, and other industries.
• Take ownership of client requirements, ensuring quality and timely delivery of profiles.
• Manage client expectations with professionalism and transparency.
• Leverage industry networks and explore non-conventional recruitment channels for sourcing top talent.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong experience in Non-IT/IT recruitment across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, databases, and non-traditional hiring channels.
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
