Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback cycles.
  • Support HR compliance and documentation processes.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, benefits, etc.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and support internal communication.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and attendance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment. 
  • Experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles would be good to have.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and HRMS systems.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
