Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or a similar talent acquisition role, specifically recruiting for roles outside of the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of non-IT positions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc. - tailor this based on your company's needs).
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - [mention specific ATS if applicable, e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, etc.].
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
