Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation and Diagnosis:

• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle.
• Diagnose imbalances based on Ayurvedic principles (Doshas, Agni, and Prakriti) and create tailored wellness plans for clients.
• Recommend personalized Ayurvedic treatments, including herbal remedies, diet modifications, and lifestyle changes to promote overall well-being.

• Ayurvedic Treatments and Therapies:

• Administer and oversee Ayurvedic treatments such as

  Panchakarma therapies

  , detoxification, and rejuvenation treatments.
• Provide hands-on treatment and ensure that clients receive safe and effective therapies aligned with their health goals.

• Wellness Promotion and Holistic Care:

• Promote holistic well-being by offering advice on stress management, mental health, and preventive care using Ayurvedic principles.
• Guide clients on mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques to enhance their overall health and wellness.
• Educate clients on seasonal regimens, daily routines (Dinacharya), and Ayurvedic dietary practices.

• Client Care and Follow-up:

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide follow-up consultations to ensure clients are achieving the desired health outcomes and provide continuous support for long-term wellness.

• Team Leadership and Supervision:

• Lead and mentor a team of Ayurvedic practitioners, wellness consultants, and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise junior Ayurvedic doctors and therapists to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and best practices.

• Collaboration and Client Relationship Management:

• Collaborate with yoga instructors, nutritionists, and other wellness experts to provide a comprehensive approach to client wellness.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction with the wellness centers services.

• Research and Development:

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and wellness practices.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives in Ayurvedic treatments and wellness programs to continuously improve client care.

• Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure the wellness center complies with all regulations, health standards, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)

  from a recognized institution from Tamil Nadu and registered in Tamil Nadu (

  MANDATORY)

  .

• Ayurvedic medicine, with a focus on wellness or holistic care, with IP & OP in a bedded hospital.

• Extensive knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and holistic health practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
