Job Description

Job Title: Backend Developer (2–5 Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore (India)

Job Description .

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and Azure Functions
  • Implement robust data models and write optimized queries using PostgreSQL
  • Integrate third-party APIs and microservices
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
  • Write and maintain unit and integration test cases
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices
  • Collaborate across design, frontend, and product to deliver business-impacting features
  • Take part in DevOps processes and CI/CD workflows

What We’re Looking

For 4 years of hands-on backend experience, preferably in fast-paced environments

  • Strong skills in Node.js, Express, Azure Functions
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL, ORMs (like Prisma), and database schema design
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party API integrations
  • Experience with unit testing, Git, and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture, event queues, or serverless functions
  • Self-driven and able to take ownership of backend architecture decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bonus Skills
  • Experience with cloud architecture (Azure preferred)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, containerization, or infrastructure as code
  • Exposure to HR tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS domains What’s in it for You
