Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Node.js Developer (5+ years) to join our backend team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and services — ensuring scalability, security and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js (with frameworks like Express.js, Koa, NestJS, etc.)
• Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL — e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to design schemas, manage data, and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/design teams, or product managers to integrate APIs and build end-to-end functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code following best practices (including code reviews, version control using Git, and testing: unit/integration).
• Participate in architecture & design discussions and suggest improvements for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience working with Node.js and its ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with modern Node.js frameworks (Express, Nest.JS, Koa etc.).
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), collaborative development workflows, and code maintenance standards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and manage time and tasks independently.
