We are seeking an experienced Application Lead – Node.js to take ownership of designing, building, and configuring applications while serving as the primary point of contact. This role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate across teams, ensure timely delivery of project milestones, and guide the development team in achieving organizational objectives. You will be responsible for strategic planning, problem-solving, and driving innovation to enhance performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Node.js and application development.
• Lead, collaborate, and manage the team to deliver high-quality results.
• Take accountability for team-level decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple teams, contributing to critical technical and architectural decisions.
• Provide effective solutions for complex problems within and across teams.
• Mentor and upskill junior team members.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve application efficiency and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with PHP (Programming Language)

Other Skills:

• Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
