Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NOC Lead to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Network Operations Center (NOC).

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within a Network Operations Center.
Deep technical knowledge of
Routing and Switching
protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP, VRRP/HSRP).
Strong practical experience with
Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point
firewalls.
Expertise in troubleshooting
WAN/SD-WAN
environments.
Familiarity with
F5/Citrix ADC
load balancers and
VPN/IDS/IPS
systems.
Proficiency with network monitoring,
NetFlow, and SNMP
diagnostics.
Solid understanding of
ITIL processes
and experience with ITSM tools.
Proven team handling and leadership experience in a high-availability network environment.
