Litmus7 is seeking a dynamic hands-on Network Operations Lead to drive the service delivery for the end customers. The ideal candidate must come with a strong network support background, with a proven track record of driving teams delivering quality service, managing SLAs and driving critical customer meetings, tracking actions to closure, and taking up the ownership of service delivery for this area.
What You'll Do
- Technically lead a team of individuals providing technical support to network infrastructure & Servers, on the below:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting network devices.
- Configuring network devices, such as routers and switches.
- Creating network diagrams and documentation.
- Monitoring network performance and security.
- Installing and updating network software and hardware.
- Assisting with network upgrades and migrations.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to resolve complex network issues and to optimize network performance.
- Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
- Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies.
- Creating dashboards and alerts for real time health monitoring of the network infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain server health and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues.
- Implement and manage server security protocols.
- Perform regular system updates and patches.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Document server configurations and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Technology Environment
- Global network of 2000+ Cisco and Meraki devices.
- Monitoring tools - logic monitor, Meraki dashboard to track, triage, check performance, availability and latency of network services on routers, switches, Access Points, firewalls and ISP circuit links.
- Palo Alto, Zscaler, Panorama.
What You Bring
- 8-12 years of experience in providing support for computer networks, including knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
- Knowledge of server operating systems Linux and Windows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (like CCNA).
- VPN and Firewall configuration and support
