We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team in Chittranjan, West Bengal. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support for LAN/WAN/WLAN network devices and end-user connectivity issues. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and wireless controllers. Additionally, you will perform scheduled upgrades and patching of network equipment and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to efficiently resolve network issues. At the L1 level, you will be involved in basic troubleshooting and incident triage, logging and routing tickets appropriately, monitoring networks using tools like SolarWinds, executing predefined scripts and processes under guidance, and supporting onsite teams remotely. For this role, a Qualified Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or MCA with a minimum of 3 years of experience (or BCA/B.Sc.-IT/B.Sc. in Computers with a minimum of 5 years of experience) is required along with CCNA certification. For the L2 level, responsibilities include performing intermediate troubleshooting of VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity, configuring network devices as per standard templates, working with tools like Cisco Prime, ISE, WLC, Meraki dashboard, etc., and coordinating with OEMs or carriers for resolution. A Qualified Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or MCA with a minimum of 5 years of experience (or BCA/B.Sc.-IT/B.Sc. in Computers with a minimum of 6 years of experience) is required for this role along with CCNA certification and CCNP for L2/L3 roles. Job Title: Senior Network Engineer L3 Experience: 5+ Years Position Overview: We are looking for a Level 3 Senior Network Engineer to provide expert-level support and technical leadership for enterprise network infrastructure operations. This role will serve as the highest point of escalation within the NOC/Network Operations team , working closely with the Network Architect and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, implement changes, and drive stability across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud-connected networks. You will be responsible for high-availability environments across 1000+ switches, 2000+ access points, and 17K+ network devices, including SD-WAN and Azure-integrated systems. Key Responsibilities: Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex network incidents, performance issues, and service outages. Configure, deploy, and support Cisco Meraki switches, access points, and firewalls across multiple enterprise sites. Support and maintain SD-WAN, Metro Ethernet (ENS), and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) circuits in coordination with ISPs and managed service providers. Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-priority incidents involving routing, switching, wireless, and firewall issues. Manage and optimize network performance and uptime using tools such as Meraki Dashboard, Comcast ActiveCore, Azure Monitor, and other NMS solutions. Assist in network changes, firmware upgrades, and proactive health checks to ensure infrastructure reliability and security. Participate in new site setups, expansions, migrations, and hardware refreshes by deploying and validating network infrastructure components. Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, device configurations, IP address plans, and standard operating procedures. Your key responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and maintaining Meraki MX firewalls, monitoring network activity, managing and troubleshooting Meraki security tools, analyzing firewall logs, coordinating firewall rule changes, and maintaining accurate documentation. To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience working with Cisco Meraki firewalls and network devices.
