Network Engineer L1 & L2

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team in Chittranjan, West Bengal. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support for LAN/WAN/WLAN network devices and end-user connectivity issues. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and wireless controllers. Additionally, you will perform scheduled upgrades and patching of network equipment and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to efficiently resolve network issues. At the L1 level, you will be involved in basic troubleshooting and incident triage, logging and routing tickets appropriately, monitoring networks using tools like SolarWinds, executing predefined scripts and processes under guidance, and supporting onsite teams remotely. For this role, a Qualified Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or MCA with a minimum of 3 years of experience (or BCA/B.Sc.-IT/B.Sc. in Computers with a minimum of 5 years of experience) is required along with CCNA certification. For the L2 level, responsibilities include performing intermediate troubleshooting of VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity, configuring network devices as per standard templates, working with tools like Cisco Prime, ISE, WLC, Meraki dashboard, etc., and coordinating with OEMs or carriers for resolution. A Qualified Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or MCA with a minimum of 5 years of experience (or BCA/B.Sc.-IT/B.Sc. in Computers with a minimum of 6 years of experience) is required for this role along with CCNA certification and CCNP for L2/L3 roles.
