Shifts : 16*7 (8am - 4pm ,12 noon to 8 pm , including Sunday)

Location - Chittranjan , West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities :

• General (Applicable to all levels):Provide remote technical support for LAN/WAN/WLAN network devices and end-user connectivity issues
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and wireless controllers
• Perform scheduled upgrades and patching of network equipment
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve network issues efficiently
• Maintain compliance with change control and security policies
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues at L1 level.
• Configure and support Cisco routers and switches.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Ensure network uptime and follow standard procedures.
• Learn and assist in configuring network devices (routers, switches, etc.).
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance.
• Support hardware installations and configurations.
• Document network-related activities.

L1 Level :

• Basic troubleshooting and incident triage
• Log and route tickets appropriately
• Monitor network using tools like SolarWinds or similar
• Execute predefined scripts and processes under guidance
• Support onsite teams remotely

L2 Level :

• Perform intermediate troubleshooting of VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity
• Configure network devices (routers, switches, WLCs) as per standard templates
• Work with tools like Cisco Prime, ISE, WLC, Meraki dashboard, etc
• Coordinate with OEMs or carriers for resolution
• Create and maintain network documentation

Education & Certifications :

• For L1 : Qualified Degree in Engineering, or equivalent in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA with minimum 3 years of experience for L1 CCNA,(or) BCA/ B.Sc.-IT/ B.Sc. (Computers) with minimum 5 years of Experience for L1.
• For L2 : Qualified Degree in Engineering, or equivalent in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA with minimum 5 years of experience for L1 Analyst,(or) BCA/ B.Sc.-IT/ B.Sc. (Computers) with minimum 6 years of Experience for L1 Analys
• CCNP (for L2/L3)
• For L1 - CCNA mandatory , CEH optional
• For L2 - CCNA Mandatory , CEH Optional and Any 2 active Certification on Seceon, AV, VA, SOAR, ITSM, ITIL
