Monitor network alarms and performance via NMS tools.
Perform basic troubleshooting and raise incident tickets.
Coordinate with field engineers/vendors for fault resolution.
Maintain logs and shift handover reports.
Ensure SLA compliance and report generation.
Experience: 03 Years (Freshers with good technical understanding are welcome)
Skills: IP basics, networking concepts, good communication, willing to work in shifts.
Knowledge of telecom infrastructure or ISP networks
Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar
Certification: CCNA or equivalent (optional)
