Ltd Department : Network Operations Center (NOC) Job Type : Full-Time | Rotational Shifts Job Description We are hiring NOC Executives to support our Telecom/network infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring of network performance, troubleshooting technical issues, escalating faults, and ensuring minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network alarms and performance via NMS tools. Perform basic troubleshooting and raise incident tickets. Coordinate with field engineers/vendors for fault resolution. Maintain logs and shift handover reports. Ensure SLA compliance and report generation. Eligibility: Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Electronics, Telecom, IT, or related) Experience: 03 Years (Freshers with good technical understanding are welcome) Skills: IP basics, networking concepts, good communication, willing to work in shifts.
