In-depth knowledge of licensing models, encompassing both on-premises and cloud solutions Good knowledge of ServiceNow SAMPro will be an added advantage General understanding of IT software systems, Client and Server virtualization technologies, Cloud / SaaS / PaaS solution, infrastructure, and software procurement processes
