Job Description

NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Network Monitoring
: Perform
network monitoring
using various
monitoring tools
to detect and address issues proactively.
Incident Response
: Execute
incident response
protocols to quickly address and resolve network and system disruptions.
System Health Management
: Oversee
system health management
to ensure continuous uptime and peak performance of all IT services.
Command Centre Operations
: Contribute to the smooth functioning of
NOC environments
, ensuring constant vigilance and rapid resolution of issues.

Skills

Proficiency in
network monitoring
.
Experience with various
monitoring tools
.
Strong capabilities in
incident response
.
Adept at
system health management
.
Familiarity with
NOC environments
.
Experience with
SolarWinds Firewall
is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or similar role.
