NOC Engineer

As an individual responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and stability of the Data Center, you will be engaged in incident management through continuous monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, and security to troubleshoot and resolve network issues effectively. It will be your duty to implement best practices for Data Center operations and maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality. Additionally, you will be required to prepare detailed reports on Data Center performance, incidents, and key metrics. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Data Center operations is crucial to your role. You are expected to champion a digital mindset within the organization to foster innovation and maintain competitiveness, while staying updated on digital and AI advancements. Your key internal stakeholders will include the Site In charge Operation and Cross Functional teams, while you will also interact with external stakeholders such as Partners and Vendors. To be eligible for this role, you should possess a B.E. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent, along with 1 to 6 years of experience in the data center or infrastructure industry.,
