Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Configure, Troubleshoot, Install, Implement & Maintain Access and Distribution switches like Juniper, Huawei, Zyxel, ZTE, Optilink, Digisol & Cisco.
Install, Implement & Maintain GPON Technologies on Nokia, ZTE & Huawei OLT.
Responsible for the setup of an accurate monitoring of Networking Equipment, monitoring of Critical Interface & overall health of the network.
Manage revision controls and changes on all access networking devices.
Capability to isolate and resolve network issue
Assures the NOC meets the Service Level Agreement and the operation of the NOC infrastructure
Keep NOC infrastructure, Access and Distribution NW device documentation up to date.
Configuration & Capacity Planning for Access and Distribution device hardware.
RCA of escalated calls and its documentation.
Health Check and Backup of all Access Nodes.
Implement new and Innovative Solution to optimize Network
Vendor Solution Evaluation and applicability check for the Project.
Closely monitor Project Execution and GAP in execution, Report Delay and Expedite Execution

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have hands on experience into Switch Configuration and GPON Technologies , NOC Monitoring and Troubleshooting , Monitoring and Ticketing tools.

Candidate should have degree of BE/B.Tech ( IT/CS/ECE )
