NOC Administrator

You are in search of an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at Eagle Eye Networks. As part of the team, you will oversee and participate in the monitoring and maintenance of server, network, and application health. Your responsibilities will include responding to alerts, following runbooks, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when needed. Your contribution in this critical role will help shape the incident management processes and directly contribute to delivering top-tier services to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor server, network, and application health and take immediate action to maintain high availability and reliability - Respond to system and network alerts following documented procedures and runbooks - Adhere to the incident management process, ensuring a timely response to alerts - Write and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and procedural guides - Collaborate with other teams on incident resolution, communication, and prevention - Conduct system performance and capacity reviews and recommend improvements **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience - Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Experience - Willingness to learn and acquire new skills - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts - Good communication skills to convey technical information clearly - Experience in Linux administration - Proven experience in NOC or production support environment - Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or Python - Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana The company, Eagle Eye Networks, is leveraging artificial intelligence on its cloud platform to reshape the video surveillance and security industry.
