NOC Administrator

As a NOC Administrator, your role involves the day-to-day operations of a NOC, where you will be monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting issues related to the performance of the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, and services to ensure business continuity. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with IT Teams to sustain and stabilize the infrastructure - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and supporting escalations - Enhancing monitoring tools and optimizing the troubleshooting process - Communicating critical event status and impact to the leadership team - Providing technical expertise and support to other technology stack teams - Researching and proposing adoption of emerging technologies Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Expertise in network protocols and technologies - Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools and software - Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices - Basic scripting skills - Expertise in ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure - Minimum 5 years of experience as a NOC Administrator or related role - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Relevant industry certifications Additionally, the job requires B2+ oral & written English proficiency.,
