Job Description:

NMG Technologies is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on execution experience in running and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working with international clients, with a focus on measurable performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure alignment of ad assets with campaign objectives.
  • Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Work directly with international clients or internal client-facing teams to tailor campaigns to different global markets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign execution.
  • Experience managing campaigns for international clients (US, UK, EU preferred).
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics, tracking tools, and conversion attribution.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, or Programmatic media.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
