Night Shift Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented night shift supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our service apartment during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, handle check-in/check-out procedures, maintain property safety, and supervise staff working during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the night operations of the service apartment, ensuring guest comfort and security at all times.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, and respond promptly to inquiries or issues.
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance activities to ensure standards are met during night hours.
• Conduct regular property rounds to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational policies.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and log entries, and communicate relevant updates to the day team.
• Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including guest complaints or safety alerts.
• Coordinate with the admin and operations team for scheduling, inventory, and staff attendance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, including fire and security measures.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10th, 12th, or a bachelor’s degree or diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresher, prior experience in hotel, service apartment, or facility supervision roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage staff, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability, especially under pressure.

Shift and Benefits

• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotational weekly off)
