Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Post job openings across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and internal networks. Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline for future requirements. Handle documentation, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding formalities. Support HR operations, employee engagement, and performance evaluation activities as required. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations. Strong knowledge of hiring practices, ATS tools, and social media recruitment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
