Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, and respond promptly to inquiries or issues. Oversee housekeeping and maintenance activities to ensure standards are met during night hours. Conduct regular property rounds to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational policies. Maintain accurate shift reports and log entries, and communicate relevant updates to the day team. Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including guest complaints or safety alerts. Coordinate with the admin and operations team for scheduling, inventory, and staff attendance. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, including fire and security measures.
