Night Shift Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift activities, including staffing, production, and logistics.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is clean and hazard-free.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Handle issues or incidents that arise during the night shift, escalating to management as needed.
• Conduct shift handovers and report on performance, incidents, and operational updates.
• Maintain accurate shift records including attendance, incidents, and production logs.
• Ensure quality standards are met and take corrective action if defects are detected.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Communicate effectively with day shift leadership to ensure seamless transitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
