Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and fit progressive dies used in metal stamping (SS material).
Perform die maintenance, sharpening, and repairs to minimize production downtime.
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and blueprints.
Set up dies on presses during trials and collaborate with press operators to troubleshoot issues.
Use surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, EDM, and other toolroom machinery.
Ensure dies meet dimensional and quality standards using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Modify dies to improve performance or adapt to design changes.
Maintain documentation related to die maintenance and modifications.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
