Role & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to patients during night shifts, ensuring their safety and comfort. Carry out patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans in accordance with medical guidelines. Manage emergency situations effectively, collaborating with nursing staff and other medical professionals. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records per legal and regulatory standards. Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care instructions. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance medical expertise. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college. Valid medical license to practice in India. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably during night shifts. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to handle emergencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience in a similar role within a hospital or clinic. Additional certifications in emergency medicine or critical care. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
