Night Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift activities across departments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and requests promptly.
• Maintain safety and security by monitoring access points and ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations during night hours (if in hospitality).
• Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare night audit reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Respond to emergencies, medical situations, or operational issues during the night.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Brief morning shift managers on events, incidents, and pending tasks.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Computer proficiency (property management systems, MS Office, emails).

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management / Business Administration or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience (hospitality or relevant sector).
• Experience in night shift operations preferred.

Work Environment

• Night shift role with operational oversight responsibility.
• Requires flexibility to handle urgent matters beyond normal duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
