Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the day’s financial transactions, verifying and posting charges, and preparing detailed reports for management. This role ensures all revenue centers are accurately accounted for, provides guest service during overnight hours, and maintains the security and smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation for all departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, etc.).
• Verify, post, and correct all charges to guest accounts and revenue centers.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and occupancy reports.
• Audit and balance all cashiers’ reports and credit card transactions.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments during night hours.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Ensure all safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed during the night shift.
• Monitor hotel premises and assist with any security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations and communicate important issues to morning management.
• Assist with front desk operations, including reservations and room allocations, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
