✨ Urgent Hiring – NICE inContact Developer & Configuration Expert

Location

Role Type

NICE inContact (CXone) Developer & Configuration Expert

Key Responsibility:

Develop & configure CXone Studio scripts (IVR, routing, call flows, chat, SMS, and email).
Integrate CXone with CRM tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
Configure ACD, dialer, and omnichannel features (voice, chat, email, SMS, and social).
Provide L2/L3 support & troubleshoot issues.
Optimize call flows, reporting, and customer experience.

Requirement:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in NICE inContact/CXone.
Strong in Studio scripting, IVR, ACD, and dialer setup.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & CRM integrations.
Good knowledge of KPIs, reporting, and troubleshooting.
