Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • 12+ years of experience in Contact Center technology.
  • End-to-end solution design and implementation experience in Cloud Contact Center (Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Five9).
  • Must have experience in AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI solutions (offered by any hyperscalers or third-party conversational AI providers).
  • Must have worked on AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI capabilities that Contact Centers offer for prediction, self-service, augmentation, and enhancing operational excellence.
  • Must have experience designing end-to-end AI-enabled Contact Center solutions for large enterprise customers (B2C).
  • Cloud Contact Center Architect certifications are preferred.
