Role Description This is a voluntary leadership role designed for individuals who want to lead change at the city level. As a City Coordinator or City Head for Nashik , you will be the face of Elite Club in your region, managing local operations, engaging volunteers, and organizing impactful initiatives. This role is part-time and remote-friendly , with periodic field responsibilities in Nashik. Responsibilities include: Leading local campaigns and events on education, environment, and food donation Building and managing a team of volunteers Representing the Club in meetings, collaborations, and community engagements Planning and executing projects with measurable impact Reporting progress and impact to central leadership Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in volunteer management or event coordination (preferred) Passion for social service and grassroots impact Organizational and teamwork abilities Aged 18+ (students, graduates, or professionals may apply) Based in or around Nashik Perks Certificate of Leadership upon successful tenure Letter of Recommendation (LOR) for outstanding contributions Featured on Elite Club’s social media and website Networking opportunities with like-minded changemakers across India Access to training and development sessions How to Apply If you believe in creating real, local impact and leading with purpose, we invite you to become a City Coordinator or Head for Nashik.
