NFE Instructor - Adarsh Nagar, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the prescribed class curriculum (by relevant board/dept)
• Develop and implement engaging learning activities tailored to students’ academic needs and learning styles.
• Maintain lesson plans and assess student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and analytical skills through classroom activities and discussions.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and development.
• Manage classroom behavior and promote a respectful and positive learning atmosphere.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other class related data.
• Support students in academic and personal development through targeted mentoring and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, school events, and co-curricular activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards, to attain desired learning outcomes among students

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject or Education.
• Proven teaching experience in middle and/or high school for at least 2 years.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the relevant syllabus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for classroom management.
• Ability to engage and motivate children & adolescents.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology for teaching and assessment.
