Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver full-stack features using ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and SQL.
• Collaborate with designers, and other developers to understand and deliver user needs.
• Write clean, testable, and modular code for both frontend and backend.
• Build and manage APIs for high-performance web applications.
• Use NextJS for server-side rendering and efficient routing.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend/backend issues.
• Manage and write SQL queries for databases like MySQL or MS SQL.
• Monitor application performance, analyze errors, and fix production-level issues.
• Take feedback, adapt quickly, and ship improvements based on user behavior and product metrics.
• Help teammates, especially junior developers, and contribute to team discussions and reviews.
• Ensure stable, long-lasting code that’s easy to maintain and scale.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL or MS SQL).
• Good command of HTML, CSS, and responsive design basics.
• Clear understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with performance tools, browser debugging, and code refactoring.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt fast, and take ownership of tasks.
