As a skilled Next.js Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience building modern web applications, your role at KudoMetrics Technologies Private Limited will involve closely working with the product, design, and backend teams to develop high-quality, scalable, and high-performance applications using the Next.js framework. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, and related technologies. - Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes. - Write reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Integrate APIs and work with backend developers to ensure smooth data flow. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices. - Stay updated with the latest Next.js and frontend technologies. **Required Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 1 year specifically working with Next.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js. - Experience with Next.js features such as routing, data fetching (App Router/Pages Router), SSR, SSG, ISR, and API routes. - Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or other styling frameworks. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs or GraphQL. - Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows. - Strong understanding of performance optimization and SEO fundamentals. - Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):** - Experience with Node.js or backend development. - Experience deploying apps on Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma, etc.). **Soft Skills:** - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
