Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Nexthink, guiding the team in best practices.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user experience metrics and reports using Nexthink.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement Nexthink functionalities and features.

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and clients regarding Nexthink issues.

  • Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Design and execute strategies for enhancing user experience based on data insights.

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather user feedback and integrate insights into Nexthink solutions.

  • Assist in project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Nexthink projects.

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and tailor Nexthink solutions accordingly.

  • Stay updated with the latest Nexthink updates and industry trends.

  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

  • Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to innovate Nexthink usage across the organization.

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Nexthink implementations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with Nexthink in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of IT operations and user experience management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in technical documentation and report writing.

  • Experience in delivering user training and support.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in user experience management.

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.

  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills related to Nexthink.
