Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Head located in Mumbai. The New Product Development Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from ideation to CAD output. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research and development (R&D), managing product development projects, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) experience
• Proficiency in Project Management and Product Development
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Mumbai
• Strong knowledge of PAN India market
