New Product Development Executive

As an NPD (New Product Development) Executive at our Cosmetic & Ayurveda Manufacturing & Nutraceuticals Company, your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain long-term relationships with customers. You will play a crucial role in resolving any issues that may arise to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers. We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the creativity to brainstorm innovative solutions. If you possess a background in Customer Service along with industry-specific knowledge, we are excited to meet you and discuss how you can contribute to our success. Your day-to-day tasks will include filling out NPD briefs, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless project delivery, conducting online market research, obtaining necessary approvals from management, translating sales team requirements into formal NPD briefs, creating and maintaining NPD trackers, coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely project completion, managing project status sheets, expediting project timelines as needed, overseeing the creation of customer samples, collecting feedback for new product ideas, and maintaining component, fragrance, and competitive libraries. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong organizational skills and be adept at coordinating with multiple departments simultaneously. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The work location is on-site.
