New Product Development Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer located in the Greater Delhi Area. The New Product Development Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including designing new products, conducting research and development, overseeing product development processes, and collaborating with other departments to bring new products to market. The role requires active participation in meetings, coordination with various teams, and regular reporting on project progress.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering skills
• Experience in Product Development and Product Design
• Research and Development (R&D) skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus
