New Product Development Engineer

As a NPD Engineer / Jr. Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on various product development projects with our NPD team. With 2-4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing new products focusing on plastics components. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the NPD team to develop new products with a focus on plastics components - Demonstrating knowledge about the injection moulding process and moulds - Handling new RFQs and preparing quotations - Designing, prototyping, and testing new products - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing - Participating in project reviews and providing updates to the manager - Familiarity with PFD, PFMEA & CP, and PPAP documentation To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma from CIPET (Only DPMT) or Diploma in a related field of mechanical engineering - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, or SolidWorks This is a full-time position based at our in-person work location.
