Role Description

This full-time role is for a Server/DB Administrator positioned on-site in Jaipur. The Server/DB Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining database systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include performing regular backup operations, restoring data when necessary, monitoring database performance, tuning applications, and configuring and maintaining database servers and processes. Additionally, the role entails implementing and enforcing security measures, conducting database troubleshooting, and managing user access and permissions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in database management and administration (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Experience in performing database backups, restores, and recovery operations
• Knowledge of database tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of security practices related to database management and user access control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in a cybersecurity role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
