Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Networks Team Leader located in Vadodara. The Networks Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the network team, ensuring the smooth operation of network services, and coordinating network projects. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, addressing network issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to support organizational objectives and providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Network Administration, Network Design, and Network Security
• Proficiency in Routing, Switching, and Firewall Management
• Experience with Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Performance Optimization
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, are a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
