Job Summary

We are looking for a Networking & Firmware Engineer with 3–4 years of combined experience in network management and embedded firmware development. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both hardware-related firmware tasks and IT network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Networking Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.
• Manage network security, user access, and basic firewall rules.
• Maintain network documentation, IP lists, and configuration backups.
• Assist in network upgrades and coordinate with external vendors if required.

Firmware Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems using C/C++.
• Work with microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR, or similar).
• Debug and test firmware using hardware tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to understand circuit designs and product needs.
• Optimize code and improve product performance.
• Prepare documentation for firmware, testing, and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of combined experience in Networking and Firmware development.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network security basics.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of C/C++, embedded systems, and microcontroller programming.
• Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
• Ability to work with hardware tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, programmers).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like CCNA or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with IoT devices or sensor-based systems.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems or RTOS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
